At Golden Maison, we want every candle to feel like a perfect match for your home. If for any reason your order isn’t what you hoped for, please reach out to hi@shopgoldenmaison.com.

Returns are accepted within seven days of delivery. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs back to Golden Maison.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
